1. Order Processing All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
2. Shipping Coverage We ship across India to all major cities, towns, and pin codes serviceable by our logistics partners.
3. Delivery Timeframes
- Metro cities (Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore, etc.): 3–5 business days
- Tier 2 & Tier 3 cities: 5–8 business days
- Remote areas: 7–12 business days
Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.
4. Shipping Charges
- Free shipping on all orders above ₹499
- A flat shipping fee of ₹49 applies to orders below ₹499
5. Cash on Delivery (COD) COD is available on eligible orders across most pin codes. A nominal COD handling fee may apply and will be displayed at checkout.
6. Order Tracking Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via SMS/email. You can also track your order through our website.
7. Delays & Exceptions Urbanloot is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, natural disasters, or circumstances beyond our control. During sale periods or festive seasons, delivery may take additional time.
8. Undelivered / Returned Shipments If a shipment is returned due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or refusal to accept, re-shipping charges will apply.
9. Damaged in Transit If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos at support@urbanloot.co.in. We'll make it right.
